      Pros

      Potential for advancement within the company and they are willing to train you, if you have the right attitude and drive. You must be willing to cross train and wear many hats!

      Cons

      Disorganization of regional management /constantly restructuring. The lack of personal involvement with ALL their managers at local store level with Reginald Management & a "Boys (Men's) Club" mentality that's glaringly apparent. Local management's willingness to allow employees with bad attitudes "too many chances" and bring down moral, forcing the caring employees to pick up their slack.

      Pros

      Love the people I work with, can make good money but, with the new pay structure my yearly income was cut in half. I also feel like camping world in general puts the salesman last to be taken care off

      Cons

      Pay structure keeps changing, and they changed all the minimum payed commission on units. Worked car sales and I made more on cars minimal payed commission. Worst part is there accounting department over the past year has been completely awful and they have messed up on paying people the right commission a lot.
