      Flexible work / full time remote Team cares about each other Pride in doing a good job Customer service is top priority Leaders are focused on doing the right thing and taking care of employees. Clients are valued.

      Cons

      I could make more at Meta or Google, I suppose? But I'd rather have work / life balance, work from home, and care about what I do, so I'm good.
