CAMPUSTRAIL is a company where new ideas and suggestions are always welcomed and considered irrespective of how Jr or Sr you are. The CEOs and other employees are very helpful and understanding. By far the best company I have worked with.
Cons
There isn't any particular con I have come across yet. But being in the Sales department working hours do fluctuate at times taking care of clients but we also get enough of breaks in between and the company makes sure that the employees don't get overburdened or stressed.
