      Pros

      Very generous PTO policy - 25 days plus the week between christmas and new years. The pay is fine but not competitive, the PTO is the only benefit that stands out.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture – people are disrespectful, micromanaging, and treat the work like it's life or death when it couldn't be any further from that. Everyone works late (6pm and usually later), eats lunch at their desks, and freak out if someone leaves even mildly early. No 401k.

      Pros

      Very friendly office environment. The head of the NY office is friendly and doesn't act condescending towards employees. Glamorous clients and fun opportunities such as working events and visiting interesting museum exhibitions. Lots of opportunities to learn about PR and what it is like to work for a PR firm.

      Cons

      Small firm, so you are not guaranteed a full-time position after completing your internship.
