Pros
- employee discount - monthly townhall with breakfast - DEI presentations - beautiful office with a view and open concept seating - hands on executive team - hybrid three days a week in office but not enforced
Cons
Company morale is extremely low. employees resign with no backfill hired and are expected to do more with less. They'll keep adding onto your plate but won't take stuff off. If you're lucky, you will have a good manager that makes coming to work tolerable, but it is few and far between. Multiple restructuring has taken place and there is still fears more will be done, jobs security and stability are a foreign concept. discount is very limited and pitiful - most items are not eligible for discount. Christmas party is held in office - nearly 300 people in a small space. lack of events held in the office - you are basically expected to come into work and leave, there are no incentives, events planned or anything "fun," to encourage those to come into the office consistently. I truly believed Canada Goose, a luxury organization, a Canadian Brand, would be more put together have a solid foundation and reassurance the organization is heading into the right direction, but this organization is as put together as a cracked goose egg. If you have a mortgage to pay for or food to put on your table, I do not recommend Canada Goose as a place to work.
