      Pros

      Decent pay, nice office, brand recognition on CV, insight into fahsion world, good employee product purchase programs. Majority of people there seemed decent people.

      Cons

      Not much work culture, difficult to be confident in leadership re: mass layoffs, lots of structural and team changes as well as lots of leadership changes at top in recent times. Company seems to be in a state of change (for better or worse) currently, resulting in low confidence in retaining employment there.

      Incredible teams, positive work environment, a true sense of community, opportunities for growth, and great leadership.

      Cons

      Occasionally some unclear direction from management, but nothing significant.

      Competitive compensation and high energy workplace that gives a lot to learn for beginners.

      Cons

      Customer traffic becomes very slow off-season which lowers the overall income for workers.
