Amazing and talented co-workers who I had the privilege of working with. If you care about changing people's lives and saving them from themselves, the field of addiction treatment is great in general. We used to love doing our job and help save lives. But now sadly it is not the same.

I waited a long time to write this review. I hoped things will change and hoped this maniac would be set free by the owners and I also hoped it was just a bad time in his life. But that has not happened and I heard he is still setting things on fire. Funny he probably doesnt even know how he's not the right guy for the job or probably doesnt care. And why should he??? the owners dont know all the shitstorms he creates in the centre or who knows....,,, maybe he would have been canned long ago. Basically the management (the one bald tall guy with the accent) plays politics and turns us against each other. A bitter guy who is very unprofessional and does not have any common courtesy to human beings. He is EXTREMELY condescending to people and talks like every person is stupid and he's the only one with a brain. Unbelievable!!! Also talks behind everyone's backs to each other and judges their characters. What kind of a "boss" does that???? I know people who used to work there and some that still work there and call it a job now and these same people used to call it a career. They used to love what we used to do. Everyone wants to leave that place and it all comes back to the politics and toxic work environment this "boss" has created. A lot of my co-workers left and there are some who tell me they are planning to leave. The conditions of work have worsened and he says he wants to listen and thinks he does but in the end goes and backbites every single one of the staff. He has trust issues and watches us on camera to ensure we are doing our jobs. Are you kidding me???????? Is that even legal????????????? This is something very small but in my new job I have had for some time now I have had a welcome party, sat at frequent staff meetings where my input was taken by the management and applied in some cases, team building (apple farm, axe throwing, 3 movies), flowers and a restaurant gift card of $150 + amazon $50 for my WEDDING ANNIVERSARY and so many other little things. What did this amazing condescending boss do for us? barely pizza nights because apparently we should be happy to have a job. Get a life! im out!!!!!! Career opportunities: hardly because i never saw any reason they'd promote because this "boss" would have to approve a salary increase lol Compensation & Benefits: decent benefits but salary wasn't what the top rehabs pay Work/Life balance: lololol i have heard that this "understanding boss" calls people out side of business hours when it is not their shift and gets all pissy if they dont answer Senior management: uhh hellooo?? there's only one bad apple here Culture Values: culture? what culture? you mean the pizza night that was a blue moon like godsend? the guy is from a time when culture literally meant japanese. this guy knows how to run a 7-11 people not a multi million dollar business.......
