Pros

3 week paid vacations good benefit package downtown location monday to friday 9-5 nice managers social activities, try to promote life work balance

Cons

call center under staff = more work, long hold times = angry clients problems with the system all the time high employee rotation

Pros

An opportunity to work, learn, receive your license accreditation.

Cons

Management just doesn't seem to listen to their "top talent" in the industry, that's why there's a huge turn-over of good employees. The pay isn't good and it should keep up to par with the rest of the companies out there! Benefits package is a good deal but people need more...

Pros

It was a great company to work for, team was great and lots of good benefits. Not too many pros after the change over to Intact.

Cons

Was purchased by Intact corp. and benefits suck and it's very corporate and large so not my type of place. If you are the corporate drone type have fun there. They seem to thrive in swallowing smaller companies and metabolizing them and assimilating sometimes great places and making them average to below average. Corporatism at it's worst.
