Vacation and pension is good Was a good company but it is totally different now

Nothing to learn. Interesting projects were given to contractors. They do not respect developers. They do not give you a good annual evaluation so they don’t have to raise your salary a little bit more. DBA were paid more than developers. Management sucks.
