      The Benefits are good, that’s all I have to say.

      Cons

      The membership service team is run like a cult and breeds toxic masogenistic, racist, homophobic culture. I am told the rest of the organization is different but how they allow this group to operate in this way. I’ve seen people cry from traumatic interactions with senior team members.

      Pros

      Company has great benefits, including a DB pension plan and excellent vacation policy. Workload is very manageable and I feel as though a genuine effort is made to maintain a good employee culture

      Cons

      Sometimes things can become a bit disorganized at times due to the number of projects and responsibilities of the organization
