Pros
Great work supporting nurses and great people. Hybrid model, OK benefits and pay. Training and onboarding improved a lot (still needs improvement but they know and try) feedback also improved.
Cons
Poor communication between departments at times due to ever changing demands from some difficult leaders, Very high volume of work, at times far too much to manage,
