      The benefit package is good.

      Cons

      The administration is a world of mismanagement. Layoffs occur frequently due to the inability of the management to get their ducks in a row. They lay people off during their two weeks off to avoid showing any integrity.

      work from home 2x / week visit at mining site possible good conditions in general
