Pay wasn’t the best. If you been there for a while new hires will normally come in a high pay rate then you. Work load can vary some days there is a lot then others little to no work

Management does not micromanage and can be a helpful resource if they are available to talk.

Lack of response from department heads, sometimes in order to get an answer you have to continue to follow up with the designated individual in order to get a response to your original request/email. The communication between managers and employees needs to be improved. You are put in an environment where you have to learn as you go and when given a task there is rarely any helpful instructions on how to approach what is expected of you.
