Wait a few years....hope for better - Project Manager Cancer Insight Employee Review

Honestly, this company is a breath of fresh air. I feel valued as an employee, and management is genuinely invested in helping me develop my career. I've never had that at any of the big CROs I've worked for. There is a lot of teamwork and I'm fortunate to call several of my coworkers my friends. I love working here because I feel supported and appreciated. Great work/life balance and lots of opportunity for growth. I especially love the annual all company in person meeting!

I can't think of any off the top of my head.

Re-org in 2021 and name change to LumaBridge was much needed. New management cleaned house to get rid of toxic personalities and inexperienced staff. Great work-life balance and support from all levels of management. Dedicated employees who care about the work. COO holds people accountable and does not tolerate poor performance (which is exactly what is needed!). Looks like a lot of disgruntled people posted here but they were likely not a good fit for our culture or just a poor performer. Don't believe the reviews!

Because it is a smaller company, the pay is only so-so, but there are a lot of good perks here. The new CEO does not seem to know about running a company and is more interested in talking about the cello, but the Founder is amazing!
