      Pros

      Amazing group of people, and brilliant management team. The work is challenging and colleagues are supportive. Management gives excellent education and guidance around market trends. The investment in PDE really shows - the tech has improved so quickly over the past couple of months.

      Cons

      Training can be a bit overwhelming. It's a fast-paced startup, and the first few weeks can be intense for new hires. The training is dense and has been described as "drinking from a fire hose," but everyone at different staff levels is very supportive and open to help; new hires just need to be comfortable asking for it.

      Pros

      Clients are vast, over 90 now. Access to the best tools in the business, almost every client has a great relationship with the company. Founder knows his stuff and there are people here who've done well enough to change their life.

      Cons

      Its hard work and it relies on your input, determination and follow-through. You can get lost in the weeds on things, so it requires a meticulous attention to detail and process improvement.

      Pros

      Nice people. Capable employees. The management actually have good intentions.

      Cons

      When the management decides where to go there's no changing that. Evidence or opinion suggesting otherwise is trivialized and ignored.
