Pretty disproportionate pay vs workload. A lot of empty promises, which led to feeling unappreciated. A nice chat doesn’t pay bills.

Sounds great on paper but please do your diligence before signing on to work here. Management are toxic and do not value you at all. They’ll manage you out if they dislike you
