-Decent base salary (that's it)

Cons

-Terrible top-level management: little structure, bogus incentives, and immature work environment (managers will ignore you FOR WEEKS if they think you made a mistake) -Hailing this company as "women owned" is pandering to the nth degree; TERRIBLE workplace for women. Awful leave policy, management expects you to be readily available afterhours for 40K (LOL), and the corniest pep talks (anyone who quotes Steve Jobs to "motivate" should be indefinitely disbarred from any managerial position) -Good place to work if you are complacent and lack intelligence

As the leader/owner of this company, I find this review to be disturbing. There have not been any team members that have left Candor on bad terms. There have been people that are not good fits for the organization but not bad terms. This makes me upset if this is a true review from a past employee because the person that wrote this should have come and spoken to me about these thoughts/feelings/ideas while they were with the company. Working conditions are not unfair here, management is open to help all employees at all times, listens, and actually cares. My suggestion to the person that wrote this, next time, do better with speaking with your management/owners if you are struggling with issues in your workplace. When you have these thoughts you should express them at the time and not through a review that surprises others.

Nothing separated them from any other logistics company

-Management fired the cleaning personnel and added those duties to regular staff, which takes away from actual job responsibilities. -There are no clear goals or direction, even when explicitly asked for guidance. -Within 60 days, 25% of the staff was let go, creating a tense and uncertain work environment. -They actively track and record employees’ screens, which feels invasive and fosters a culture of distrust. -Financially, the company is struggling, but leadership seems to have no real plan to turn things around. -Overall, it's an unstable workplace with poor leadership and no clear vision for the future. Job security is low, and the work environment is demoralizing. Would not recommend.
