      no pros, nothing at all

      Cons

      Worse than anything...no work culture...no breaks at all in whole day...if you are going for the recruiter profile so beware its not a recruiter profile its a caller profile and staff and owner are pathetic,they will treat you like animals.

      Pros

      Owner is extremely knowledgable. I can learn as much as I can absorb. The work is always quality. I can earn as much as my skill worth. Time off is given fairly easy (unpaid).

      Cons

      Small company, no insurance or retirement.
