Pros

People are nice but unhappy so this causes big problems, most feel undervalued.

Cons

Low wages, little communication, unhappy employees, name calling, resentment, Managers don't care about staff in most cases. Poor working conditions, no canteen, old windows in service centre and not double glazed but dirty and scruffy.

Pros

I have only been with the company for a short time, but I’m really enjoying working at Hoover Candy. From day one everybody made me feel welcome and supported, especially my manager. When I arrived on my first day she had all my log in details and a lap top ready. This may not seem like a lot but in some companies, you can spend your first week trying to get this information. We have baskets of fruit delivered each week and the social committee always have lots of fun things going on. It’s nice to be part of a company where everybody is passionate about the brand and also its staff.

Cons

None so far, seems like a great company
