Pros

they over prepped a lot of pizza for practicing which resulted in the opportunity to constantly eat poorly made pizza that just falls off of the flimsy crust that isn't cooked entirely, you also got free shirts while you worked there, not enough for all you shifts but hey, do laundry every day for one shirt

Cons

The higher ups of the company don't really know what they are doing and treat their employee's poorly and lie to them constantly, they talk about how they are certified in italy but the executive chef constantly runs the oven too hot and results in a pizza that would fail the standards, he also only has a honorary certification, he hasn't passed any of the qualifiers, just know the people on the board

Easy to request off and it's easy to get hired.

Cons

Management will run you into the ground, ask you to do 10 jobs at once without falling behind, and expect you to go above and beyond for a company that does not fairly compensate for labor done. I got $11 an hour to do prep, expo, dishes, hosting, line cook, and ridiculous cleaning tasks such as; scrubbing the ceiling, scraping calk spots off the floor, organizing areas outside of my job range, and touching bio-hazards with no proper protection. While it is easy to request off in the app management will guilt trip you about it and 9 times out of 10 will call you on your day off. Do not work here if you want to get paid for the work you do.
