- Golden hand cuff, great pay & benefits (Base coverage + 2-3K/year of health spending amount) for the very basic system clicking and planning duties that you have do - Company values people & culture, great employee experiences (Bi-Weekly Fika coffee breaks on Company dimes, employee experience commitee, decent WFH policies etc.). Overall a better head office employee experience + bigger HQ than WF, Interfor and WFP
Cons
- Shrinking business footprint, very limited opportunties for the driven young individuals. There's no more growth roadmap for anybody and, mangers/directors only want stablity to keep themselves safe so lots of undermining behavior to prioritize maintaining the status quo over recognizing or enabling excellence for overachivers. - Toxic environement where low performers easily get away with under performing in the name of culture & people; lots of senior people/managers spends >50% of time on office event coordination instead of core day to day duties, over working the subordinates and yet they still gatekeep opportunties strictly based on seniority instead of ability
