My colleagues are all top notch and I feel like I impact the company every day. Management cares about me as a person and not just as a PM.

Small company so the benefits are not that great but for the size of the company they are pretty good.

Remote work and offers training on pricefx.

they set you up to fail, by offering training that doesn't align with the work you're tasked. you will find yourself usually not doing the work for the role you were hired to do. leadership regularly toots their horn about how well the company's doing in meetings- and then does sneak attack layoffs to support their financial position.
