      Working for one of the most well-known names in the industry.

      Cons

      Management will lie to your face and force you to do unethically action or be terminated. Proficiency tests are not performed the same way a client sample is processed. Laboratory control standards are not prepared the same way as client samples. CSO (Ini) order employees to falsify data and add a correction factor to meet client expectations 60 hr work weeks are expected and not valued.

      The company is a good place to work with learning everything new, people in here are very kind and willing to teach.

      Cons

      A lot of changes almost everyday since the company was very new, so it is hard follow things. Today one rule and tomorrow will be another one.
