All of Cannon’s problems start and end with the CEO/owner. She is an ego maniac with the business sense of a drunk chimpanzee. She treats her staff poorly and tanks sales meetings with her poor social skills. She frequently held off commission packages due to “financial difficulties” while getting her house renovated. Her mood swings are erratic; overall she has questionable ethics. She frequently abuses her power and speaks to subordinates in a sub human matter. If she could have listened to the people she hired for their knowledge on certain specialties, the company would not be at large risk of going under.
