In regards to our corporate structure, we’re excited to announce that Brad Lukanic has been named our new CEO. http://www.cannondesign.com/news-insights/news-item/lukanic-named-cannondesigns-ceo/ Brad brings a new level of passion, energy and enthusiasm to the helm of our firm, and his new leadership approach has been designed to support the differences of our offices and people rather than creating “sameness." Similarly, the core management team in place will provide support and guidance they need to thrive today and grow. We’re also working hard to maintain a healthy work/life balance for all employees. We’re in the midst of piloting a summer hours program where our offices close at 1 p.m. on Fridays. Our hope is that this extra time off allows our employees to unwind and connect with the people and places they love. So far it’s been a great success.
Finally, in regards to concerns employees have with the actions of others, organizational transparency can be challenging however under Brad’s leadership we can expect improved communication and collaboration. Additionally, we have a robust Compliance Program in place to maintain and champion a culture where ethics, integrity, and compliance are paramount considerations in all company decisions.
