Thanks for the comment – even the not-so-great feedback is important to us. Admittedly, our firm has gone through a period of transition; just this past June, Brad Lukanic became our new CEO, making him the first new CEO we’ve had in more than 20 years. To evolve our firm into what it needs to be, some changes were necessary, and unfortunately, some of those changes involved downsizing in certain areas. With that said, our firm is hiring throughout all of our offices, and expanding into new directions and geographies. Our industry is constantly evolving and so must we. Our leadership team has also been simplified; we now have 8 individuals on the team, all with very focused areas of expertise – strategy, design excellence, project delivery, etc. Together, they have the skillsets and business acumen necessary to continually move our global firm forward.
