6yWe really appreciate you leaving us a review. We’re glad to see you were happy with your salary and benefits and that you found our projects interesting. We do have a robust promotion process in place that takes a number of quantitative and qualitative factors into consideration to ensure equity in opportunities, but we realize not everyone is able to achieve their promotion goals as quickly as they may like. One of the things we stress to employees is the importance of making personal career goals clear so their supervisors can work with them in developing a career development plan. Without this communication and transparency surrounding personal goals, it’s difficult to fully grasp the aspirations of everyone on a team.
