It's disheartening to hear that your experience doesn't align with the positive work environment we strive to create at our company. Regarding compensation, we have a robust and competitive compensation process in place using multiple external data sources. Our salaries are continually evaluated, taking into account industry standards and comparisons with peer firms, including those within the AIA Large Firm Roundtable. However, we understand that individual concerns may not always be fully addressed through this process. That's why we strongly encourage open conversations between teammates and their managers about compensation. This provides an opportunity for managers to provide honest insights into what's possible within the current role and explore potential avenues for future advancement with higher compensation levels.
