Consistently testing new tools, patterns, and functionality. - Remote, twice-annual team retreats, collaborative and engaging culture

      - Plenty of legacy code can make it hard to move quickly - The team can be reluctant to give critical feedback

      The team is amazing. Great people with a laid back culture and a sense of humor.

      I honestly struggle to think of a downside. Recruiting could be a bit faster, I suppose.
