Canoe’s entire team deeply cares about the product, client, and employee experience, and we take feedback very seriously. To address each of your points transparently:
Canoe maintains a rigorous interview process, including multiple technical aptitude, cultural fit, and leadership interviews with each prospective candidate. This results in each candidate interviewing with a minimum of 6 Canoe team members prior to any offer being extended, and there are no exceptions to this process.
We take any feedback of emotional harassment very seriously, and as a result of this review we have interviewed multiple members of the team to get their perspective as to the way feedback is being given/received to ensure it is consistent with the values Canoe expects all employees to uphold.
Canoe engages an offshore team to provide complementary skill sets and capabilities to our employees, however any offshore team schedules their hours and workday around our US-based employees, as we greatly value our employees’ work/life balance.
