Pros

I have a ton of confidence in our leadership team; they are good managers, open to feedback, and really care about their employees and company. I trust them to make Canopy go far. Good work/life balance: you're not expected to crank out 12 hour days or answer emails on the weekends, and that can be rare in startups. There's also good effort made to make the office comfortable. Best colleagues I've ever had. Everyone is smart, hardworking, and enjoyable to be around. Team events and lunches are always fun.

Cons

No real cons, it's a great place to work

Pros

1) The co-founders are extremely receptive to employee feedback. They have one-on-one meetings frequently, take feedback seriously and are always striving to improve. 2) For a software engineer, few companies offer the opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies/languages such as Scala, Spark, Mesos. 3) Listening to customers is extremely important for growing a B2B company; something the company has been quite successful at doing. 4) Every single person in the team is an expert in their own away, and each person is always ready to share their wisdom. This makes it a great environment for learning.

Cons

1) Marketing analytics is very broad. Canopy Labs offers a lot of features as part of its product- the company could spend more time to figure out what its core competencies are.

Pros

A number of pro's about the company: the culture is great, lots of cool technologies and new skills you can be learning, the company is growing, and people are good. Everyone is willing to help each other and ensure we are all successful. It feels like a good community, not just a place to work.

Cons

A number of con's around what's up: the work hours can be long, especially with some of the major accounts and customers we have, the company is still small so people wear many hats and this can lead to context switching and confusion at times.
