1) The co-founders are extremely receptive to employee feedback. They have one-on-one meetings frequently, take feedback seriously and are always striving to improve. 2) For a software engineer, few companies offer the opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies/languages such as Scala, Spark, Mesos. 3) Listening to customers is extremely important for growing a B2B company; something the company has been quite successful at doing. 4) Every single person in the team is an expert in their own away, and each person is always ready to share their wisdom. This makes it a great environment for learning.

1) Marketing analytics is very broad. Canopy Labs offers a lot of features as part of its product- the company could spend more time to figure out what its core competencies are.

Canopy is going through a lot of changes. Lots of new customers and bigger and cooler ones than before. Just moved into a new office, hiring a lot of people.

Small companies are different than big ones. Lots of learning going on and there is a lot of change. If you dont like it, it wont work well for you but otherwise its a good opportunity.
