-Positive workplace, very flexible remote environment with a lot of autonomy; structured around partner meetings, and as long as you do your daily/weekly tasks before deadlines, you have the ability to work whenever you want -Great benefits package -Helpful and supportive management and coworkers -Ability to work with a variety of partners and gain knowledge and experience in many different industries

-Not necessarily a con but just be prepared for a lot of work during tent-pole events (Amazon Prime, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, etc.)
