Matt the branch manager or general manager is really what I believe makes the company so strong and as a branch you are 100 confident he will do everything to push a loan through and make sure your taken care of, so many

Pros

I would say the paycheck but since they are not deposited timely that's a tough one.

Cons

System that is likely great. It does not flow like a typical loan file. If you have numerous years or decades in the biz it will be difficult to retrain your brain and there is a lot of flipping from one screen to another. The training is very high level. If it was a cooking class, it would be like showing you the labels of the ingredients and expecting you to make a souffle. And it is SLOW over weeks and weeks rather than a day or two of in depth training. The biggest issue is most corporate employees do not answer emails and if they do it is days or weeks later. I suspect this may be due to poor leadership. But since I'm not sure who the leaders are..... The biggest issue. They dont put closing loans at the top of the list! And dont get me started on the mass emails that degrade folks for not taking training. It is a waste of time to those that do. They havent heard of "praise in public and critique in private". I could go on....
