Pros
It's a job, you get paid regularly.
Cons
Fellow employees, been there for decades, are so unhappy they take it out on you. Always someone sick, so you pick up the slack. Worked like hell, only to get criticized. Stems from bad upper management. Oh, never did get my T4 slip. Oh, and their security guards are super unfriendly and rude.
