Pros
This is tough - on the one hand, I really enjoy the freedom to work remotely with little interference from upper management. However, when you do need things done - I still need a response from team members in a timely fashion. Not after asking multiple times and waiting 24 hours. I love my time but I love money too - I can get both at plenty of other places. ( and did!)
Cons
This company doesn't pay their employees commissions. If you're interested in being at a 9 year old company that still has 25 employees and can't afford to pay them until a customer pays them first (regardless of contract size), by all means - Canvs is your huckleberry. Ask them how much they have in ARR and tell me if you're impressed for a company nearly a decade old. Made the classic small minded mistake of hiring their "top AE" to lead sales - not someone that's scaled a company from $0 to $25m ARR. No game plan.
