In general pleasant work environment day to day for average joe

Management gets threatened when workers stand up for themselves/say no to unreasonable requests Lack of good organization or communication No incentive for people to work hard Mid level management is overworked and underpaid Fake "work family" vibe but no support when it comes down to it Incompetent and disengaged upper management

Snack room . Great co workers

Miscommunication, low income. Long commute times due to shift start time.
