Flexible employment work when you want to. Can be good money depending on the wedding party.

Always short staffed, very stressful environment to work in, they are not organized, and will lie to your face about anything and everything. Will rent 400 glasses and only have 100 on site and expect you to collect them bring them to the dish pit and go back to collect them once clean while you have a line of people trying to get drinks. Ridiculous working conditions and very rude to other staff!
