Pros
Extremely low wages. Especially for working a warehouse. Company bragged on record profits and failed to give substantial raises or any supplemental compensation. The insurance is extremely expensive and not worth the investment. There are no pros.
Cons
Bosses are arrogant, demanding, and do not care about employee safety or that we have families and bills of our own. We are disposable and so is Cap America. The system they have in place is outdated. It makes a hostile work environment even harder to maneuver.
