      Pros

      Great people to work with and good upper management who will look out for you. The work is very interesting if you have any love for trucks and it helps learn different aspects of running a store.

      Cons

      You have to work Saturdays.

      Home office takes 11% of sales right off the top and not the net, of your gross sales total regardless of profit margin. You are then commissioned with what is left.
