Cons
Management: unappreciative, cheap, petty. Will try to shortchange and squeeze you on everything (only willing to pay for a 2nd hand Kia but expect BMW performance). Always tryin to drive things but no direction or clue on how to implement and execute ideas. Culture: full of toxic, gossipy backstabbers always trying to deflect actual work. Average employee turnover is around 3-6 months, anyone with decent options or modicum of intelligence and self respect will leave ASAP. Compensation: below average base, zero other benefits or incentives Prospects: it’s a fast-sinking zombie boat with new holes appearing constantly, and instead of plugging them everyone runs around screaming at each other and doing everything except plug those holes. Saving graces: occasionally some intelligent and passionate new joiners will want to try and make it work but they just give up and leave after getting a taste of this zoo.
