Pros

I had really good managers in the past that cared about me. I had really good people who I worked alongside during my time in the branches.

Cons

I ultimately decided to leave because I ended up getting stuck in my career path. I have been in the same role for about 2-3 years and any opportunity I tried to grow, there always seemed to be an issue. One of the things I do not agree with is the fact that any position I applied to, I ended up needing to take a pay cut because I was so tenured in my role. It is not fair to treat tenure people that way as I was hoping to stay with this company. On top of taking drastic pay cuts to move to a different role, the internal process in interviewing is absolutely BRUTAL. They treat internal people horribly and question everything when you apply for a position. You need to prove yourself worthy of a position the minute you apply for it. I have seen them hire external people and not bat an eye, but the minute an internal applies the person needs to continuously advocate for themselves. Why should I do this if I have been loyal for this company and can prove how great I have been with my monthly coachings and so on. It is so backwards.

Pros

Work from home and hybrid opportunities.

Cons

Retaliation is a real thing at this company, micro managing is another issue. There’s plenty more but I respect an hadful of individuals there that excel at what they do.
