Pros

Pay is good. Some team members are great. Benefits are better than the high deductible stuff out there

Cons

Low PTO! Low work/life balance. Everyone is salary, so there isn’t any overtime. Expect to put in 50-60 hours each week and be available on your days off to answer emails and calls.

We understand the challenges of being in a role where demands can be high, especially during peak season. It is important to us that all team members feel empowered to ask for assistance when needed and to communicate openly about workload concerns. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is a top priority, and we understand the importance of adequate PTO. Our administrative staff accrue PTO weekly, and accrual amounts increase with tenure. Furthermore, employees have the opportunity to carry over up to 40 hours of unused PTO each year, providing flexibility to manage commitments effectively.

Pros

I truly cannot say enough good about this company! I know some of you are reading this and wondering if the company was so great then why did you leave? Excellent question. I put in my resignation because I wanted to reenlist in the Military. I missed putting on a uniform and serving my country. This company does love their Veterans! They have great benefits and a great work life balance. The team that I worked for was always willing to help and they taught me a lot especially about Microsoft Excel and Word. Thank you for reading this and I hope this helps in your decision to apply to this company.

Cons

I do not have any cons and I know that sounds bad but for me, this company taught me a lot about time management, and attention to detail. I am very grateful for the team that I worked for and it was a hard decision for me to choose to leave but in the end, I had to go with my passion. If there is one Con I need to put down, there are no offices in Antarctica or the North Pole and I would like to explore the world. Thank you CapRelo for everything!!

Pros

Allowed to work remotely for most employees

Cons

Benefits are mediocre at best. Work life balance is non-existent and employees are not valued.
