Company that is really great at hiring smart people. Salary is good overall. They invest greatly in personal development by offering study groups and certification opportunities.
Cons
You are expected to work a 40 hour week in addition to attending internal meetings and performing internal work. If you get stuck at a bad client, they will not pull you out as long as you are making the company money.
