Right from the start of the pandemic and consistently onwards CapTech's leadership has been quite transparent regarding their reasoning and decision making process for any changes that may significantly impact the employees. They've set clear expectations of what to expect and when to expect it by and the stability is quite reassuring. We've transitioned into an interim new normal still with a strong focus on client delivery and embraced the need for cross-office collaboration despite the challenges of fully remote work and project teams.
