As you mentioned, we are a company that takes pride in our culture of work life balance, so we want all employees to feel that they can enjoy our benefits while delivering great client work. The implementation of the bi-annual bonus was a result of our people sharing they preferred that structure, and that they placed more value on the base pay vs bonus payout. As a result, we have focused more on base compensation, and also love the increased opportunity to reward and recognize our people.
