If you survive being acquired then you’re made. Many useless people from acquisitions remain while the actual hard workers were let go.
Cons
Leadership doesn’t care about you. They want your company’s IP. The only people shown grace are the leaders they’re acquiring from. The rest of us were lucky to be second class citizens.
