3yThank you for your review of Capacity. We value all feedback, both positive and negative.
Yes, we need to do a better job of providing middle management and team leads tools to perform what we ask of them. This is a major initiative of ours in 2023. Also, we are focusing much more intently on growth plans for our team members. It is often a challenge to juggle everything at this company stage, but we have now grown to the point where this belongs on the front burner.
