*Delay in salary payment on certain months(ie on months which they pay, which usually does not happens) *They wont pay the salary dues even if you stay in Caparizon on or Resign from Caparizon *Never trust their word as they are professionals in changing it. *You will experience the worst working life *Work life balance is a joke for Caparizon Employees. *You will be tortured as long as you work in Caparizon *They will never grant your leave even though you are eligible *From first day onwards, you are expected to reach office at 9 AM and work for at least 12 hours a day *They never cares about the employees, they are only interested in your output *You are expected to work even if you are hospitalized
