Cape Albeon is a fun place to work. Management goes out of their way to be creative in showing appreciation for everyone’s work. It was very obvious during the pandemic. They are also very flexible and understanding when it comes to having a good balance between work and home life.
Cons
The pay could be better and the health insurance keeps increasing in costs with less coverage. They also reduced our PTO by two weeks per year. Compensation and benefits could use a thorough review.

The residents at Cape Albeon are wonderful. They are like family and great to be around. Fun, sweet people.
Cons
No management. Everyone does what they want and if they do a bad job there are no consequences. It starts at the top. Dept managers are not allowed to discipline or council employees.
